I started this company from a genuine passion for helping people step into a higher version of themselves. During my time at CareerBuilder, I gained firsthand insight into how hiring decisions are made and how often incredibly talented individuals are overlooked simply because they are not presenting themselves effectively on paper, online, or in interviews.
